The product we needed and delivered on time. Thanks!

awesome service......

Service was great. Delivery on time and it was a pleasure to talk to the people in the office.

Quick delivery of the product I needed. Will definitely use them again in the future

The product was shipped promptly and arrived in good condition. The item (from Glynn Johnson) works well. I was however disappointed with the finish. It is called oil rubbed bronze, and in fact it was oily and full of black residue. It was very dirty to handle and install.

Chaim is very helpful. He's also an interesting guy to converse with; very likeable.

I had to use the chat function. Sent a couple photos of the lock we were looking for, and had a part number within minutes. The part was shipped immediately, and received within a couple days, and perhaps a bit surprisingly, it was exactly what we needed. Thank yo so much! Jeff
