I uploaded a photo of the part I needed and within a couple of hours they sent me a link to order the part from their website. I placed the order and by the end of the day it had been shipped and I received a tracking number. I wish every supplier was this efficient!

Order was not shipped out same day ordered (Thursday) and was an overnight next day order so did not receive until Monday. Barzel followed up and credited the overnight shipping charge
