Great customer service.Very knowlegable. Quick shipping.

Great lock great delivery!

very reliable and fast

I placed an order for some less than ordinary locks. Needed quick delivery to meet a production schedule. Needless to say, things did not work out as “planned”. The Barzel team especially Henry jumped through hoops to see to it that the locks got there in time. The cancelled shipments that were not going to make, they initiated replacement shipments and literally “baby sat” the shipment, I received updates and progress reports good, bad or ugly yet all along I had the feeling that I was in good hands. And it turned I was proven right. At the end I was offered a partial credit for my ordered. They got a chance to make a first impression the second time - and earned my business and trust. Give them a chance so that they can show you the meaning of service above and beyond - you will be impressed .

As always a very knowledgeable staff, material was In stock and shipped the same day I ordered-who can ask for more

Great service!

Item received in a timely manner and exactly as ordered. Because the door handle I ordered is normally not ordered without cylinder, gentleman was kind enough to call me prior to shipping to make sure the item I chose was in fact what I wanted.

Henry is really easy to work with. Products are priced fair and are exactly as promised. Great company.
