Avoid Barton Watch Bands...
Barton Watch Bands supplies a wide range of watch straps, bands, and accessories. However, in recent months, whomever is operating the business, is making grave and mission critical errors. I was unaware of the problems until after the fact. I had placed an order for a leather band for a classic watch I have, sat unfulfilled for a week. Calling them during business hours went straight to voicemail. No one is operating their 'live chat', and no one is responding to support emails. They are more than happy to take your money upon ordering, but that part is all automated. Not sure what is happening here, but I will no longer patronize this business and will seek out alternatives. Called my credit card company to dispute the charges and have them reversed. Strongly recommend avoiding this company, at least until they get their staffing and logistics fixed. Do a Google search on current reviews before ordering.
