I've purchased a ton of their products and the quality and price have been great, but where they really showed me how they shine was solving an issue with an error shipped to me. They solved it quickly, with no hassle to me AND they allowed me to keep the error items, virtually no questions asked. I was so impressed I bought another strap immediately. Helpdesk support specialist (name Felix) made my week. I ordered a pumpkin orange watch band and sent it to incorrect adress abroad. I don't know how but when the order was sent back to US the support guy (thanks again, Felix) send the order to the correct adress at no additional costs. He was extremely fast and polite (and most important - efficient). Keep in mind I don't have an order for now, but I already have lots of positive vibes and gratefull for the service.
