Excellent customer service. First package delivery was delayed due to covid circumstances. They sent the package again and it arrived fast. I highly recommend. Product quality is very good.

I ordered 2 bands which I got after 3 weeks. You can decide when you want it delivered. Ofcourse you have to pay tax when delivered in Europe but it's stil cheap and a good product

Surprised to see negative comments on customer service. I ordered silicon strap in September but by late October it hadn't arrived. I allowed this time due to COVID and as I am in the UK. I emailed and had an immediate response saying a new strap would be despatched via courier. I received it 5 days later. Excellent product. Easy to fit, great quality and value. I am delighted.
