The bands are reasonably priced and affordable. I was not satisfied with one of the bands I purchased and a simple call to their support services resolved the issue. They stand behind their guarantees and very easy to work with.

The bands are very nice quality and i‘m fully satisfied. After problems with UPS i got very fast response and friendly help by their customer support (Tina 👍). Shipping to Germany was about one month but everything went well.

Totally impressed and thrilled with this company. First time purchase of a new watch band. The band was too small. I called company for refund. They issued a refund within 5 minutes and told me not to mail back the strap but keep it or give it to a friend. My friend is happy with his new strap. IMPRESSIVE COMPANY!

With COVID and transportation issues my initial order was almost a month in waiting, but when i raised this with Barton they instantly (no qualms) placed a new order vbia DHL Express to me and it was here within a week. Given all the issues with supply chains, and hard times in general this prompt no questions service was really appreciated. Big thank you

I'm not sure about the extremely negative reviews here, they don't seem to be fully honest. I bought two straps from them. Both had great quality, especially impressed with their silicone strap. One of the straps had an incorrect size which i showed to them. They were so quick to reply and send another one, express shipped which is definetely respectable! Would order again, though if you are buying international i would suggest paying a bit extra for the faster shipping options.

If you're doubting the quality of service or the watch bands at all, I can honestly tell you that you won't find better! In my opinion, they're better than samsung original watch bands!
