I dont know what to think about the company. Before I ordered I read alot of positive comments and I felt safe to order from them. Two days after payment and order was done I got an email that the package is on its way. Now three weeks after that mail UPS have not even picked the package up at their place, no updates or anything. No respond from customerservice at all. Not satified

I’ve had two order dispatched and diPite Barton watch band taking my money on the 6th October I’ve still not got my product on the 14th December. I’ve contacted them for a refund and as yet no reply. If your an international cumstmercdomt buy from them

Two of the four bands I ordered broke in different ways. When I emailed Barton, they didn't reply. When I called, they didn't answer the phone. I can only conclude that the "1-year guarantee" they claim to offer is a lie. Really just astonishingly bad behavior.

Barton lists quantity discounts on its website. Problem is, they don't work. Barton guarantees a response within two business days to all customer service inquiries. They actually never respond. Barton also guarantees satisfaction, but good luck getting any help from the company. Barton illegally collects email addresses for marketing purposes without ever getting permission to do so. The watch bands themselves are junky.

TERRIBLE customer service and shipping times.I paid for Priority shipping and it still took close to a week before they shipped my order. When I called and spoke to someone about it...he was very RUDE. I asked if it's going to take this long to ship the order...what's the purpose of paying for Priority shipping? he said that Priority shipping does not means it will ship any faster. Really? then why is that an option and why I was charged 7.88 for Priority shipping. I will never do business with them again. And I advise buyers to look for watch bands some other place. Stay away from Barton!

A company with good products absolutely let down by their appalling customer service. If you have any negative feedback or any sort of issue with your straps they actively ignore you and in my case they insult you first.
