The worst company, they need two people, a recruiter and an account executive to find a job THAT DOESN'T EVEN EXIST. Like someone in South Carolina is going to help someone in California and they know nothing about the regulations in THIS state. Why would it take two people to place a doctor in a job,? So they can dick you around. Stay away!

Very complicated the way they asked for reference was very inappropriate and not possible. They closed my application because I don’t have reference of ( someone work with me) during the last year only! I explained several times to Andrew ( the staffing consultant) that I am a self employed and own my own practice for many years and I don’t have such a reference within last year, and they insist of having reference from my employees!!! Very inappropriate and not logic to ask an employer to request a reference from my employees who are new to this business and I trained them. I felt downgraded.

I've been doing locum tenens work for almost 9 years -- so I recognize that we've been in a difficult market for about 3.5 years (pre-COVID) -- made yet more difficult over the last 2.5 years. Barton Associates has had to rise to the occasion, working harder and more creatively. No firm could do better just now than Barton. The focus is NOT on finding just any job -- but on finding a good job that fits.
