good communication with recruiters. Documents appropriate. There was some significant lack of assistance and guidance and poor communication with the Time keepers, this improved to much better now. Thank you for improving your staff.

I work for Barton and associates for a year and a half May 2019 to December 2020. I represented repeat business for Barton because the assignment side returned to in 20 in Massachusetts were originally started in 19. Unfortunately when I arrived at the assignment they were asking me to cover geriatrics and the emergency room and I was only supposed to cover the inpatient unit 10 patients a day. The nurse practitioner who's supposed to be on the unit was older and was out sick 75% of the time, the Doctor who was leaving the assignment has started in October and already had given notice and I was replacing that doctor and she was also from Barton as a matter of fact she was going back to Spain and she was supposed to stay until April 2021. I deserve better I am an ivy League train for certified psychiatrist who gave Barton my dedication and services and when there was a problem on the assignment I was completely abandoned by the recruiter and the account rep and this was repeat business for Barton in Massachusetts at a very good client =Cambridge Health alliance As an MD working for Barton I should have been supported, I had given a year and a half of service and had made Barton a great deal of capital$$. Instead the newly recruited recruiter place blame on Barton's doctor instead of working with the client to resolve the issue of an assignment not being what I agree to do when I got there instead of inpatient Psychiatry they relegated me to geriatric Psychiatry the emergency room it was a mess I reached out to Barton and the client for resolution of no avail. I work for Barton at Cambridge Health alliance with repeat business had excellent references, then I went on to Maimonides Medical Center in Brooklyn work from December 2, 2019 to March 2020, 14 weeks, and had excellent references from that facility as well. Currently I'm willing to work for Barton again at Cambridge Health alliance with improved rates and I can work locally in the Greater Philadelphia area as an outpatient psychiatrist. But after that bad experience with the December assignment in 2020 I would be reluctant to work with Barton again unless they make some changes. Do not undermine the success of your own doctor, do not put negative information in a Barton doctor's file that has proven to be productive financially for the Barton. So be honest and transparent with your doctor don't make up stories to manipulate the rate that your doctors losing money, and also if you say you're going to get a car service for your doctor on an assignment, abandon this commitment, just say "oh we can only do mileage" that's a disgrace. I lost so much money needing to pay for a car service at the last minute that could pick me up 5 days a week to take me from Jersey City New Jersey to Maimonides Medical Center in Brooklyn NY. I was stuck paying a driver at the last minute $750 a week, which equals $3,000 a month, Barton was supposed to pay for an Uber or car service on Barton's corporate account Which would have been a lot less expensive because it would have been a corporate account instead I was stuck with that and I didn't want to give up on the assignment. Barton delayed housing Barton informed me that they can't pay for an apartment corporate apartment until you've been on assignment for at least two weeks so they stuck me with paying for my own corporate apartment for 4 weeks out of the 13-14 week assignment. I lost $2600 for 3 Months. Currently my practice manager informed that I can work for Barton again but only the rates are at least $200/hr for outpatient and local within the Greater Philadelphia area where I won't get stuck with paying for my own housing or car service fees. This is helpful to you all and that you don't undermine the success of your own doctors on assignment for Barton in the future. Attempted to investigate what went wrong I was told the problem was locum's Mart was in between the client and Barton and that's why it was a poor experience. The positives about Barton included direct deposit weekly, and prior to the change and recruiters there was more honesty about the details of the assignment. Again I was told locum's Mart was the reason the other assignment fell apart. The best thing to do is don't undermine, cheat your doctors out of their earned income and don't abandon them when it comes to travel and lodging expenses. Make sure your doctors are comfortable and not left out to fend for themselves and put out a lot of expenses that should have been covered by Barton not the doctor on assignment for Barton.

Great support all along the process.

I’ve worked with Barton for almost 7years and have had the opportunity to work with Srijan for the past two. He does a great job of checking in to see how the assignments are going and does everything he can to connect me with offices that he knows will be a good fit and are where I want to be geographically. Barton is a good company to work for but being able to work with people like Srijan gives Barton a leg-up over other companies.

On the Positive: I was blessed to have a Helpful and Kind Recruiter named Haithem Jallad. On the Negative: I would never take an assignment 66 miles away from my home again without having some sort of housing provided, too much travel time ( 3 hours round trip) and too much wear and tear on my vehicle. Suggestion: Give advice on 1099 taxes and things able to claim during the recruitment process.

Hired a locum doctor through them prepaid his first week. His first day he had no idea what he was doing. He prepared the wrong tooth and lied about it. He was absolutely incompetent. I fired his the first day. He lied about his hours. I have corrected it 3 times and they won't refund the difference in cost for the prepaid hours. Absolutely would never work with the.

I have worked with Barton for two years now. The recruiter that was assigned to me was Srijan. I cannot begin to explain to you what an excellent job this young man does. He is the most personable, considerate, person I have ever met. He handles absolutely everything necessary to being a Locum Tenums AND in a professional and expeditious manner. He listens to your concerns and handles any issues immediately and in your best interest. He makes being a Locum Tenums a real pleasure. He truly is an asset to Barton and one of a kind.
