I have had a fantastic experience traveling with Barton. My recruiter is friendly, efficient, and knowledgeable. If she does not know something, she seeks out the information and always gets back with me in a timely manner. She also checks on me frequently, to make sure I don't need anything. My last locum experience was over 10 years ago. If I had not accepted a permanent position, I would continue to travel using Barton. My advice is to not be afraid to ask questions about the location, travel time from airport to location, things to do in the area for downtime. I knew going into this assignment that it was a remote location, 45 mins to the grocery store, 3 hours to the airport, I was nervous but have extended for a 3rd time.

I chose my assignment location, and the dates available. This helps to avoid an uncomfortable situation from the outset. My recruiter is VERY helpful with placement and accommodating. Professional. Each assignment can be different, I like returning to a place where you’re appreciated by the staff, and worked before. I’m doing less and less assignments, since I’m over 70years old, but, I’ve enjoyed the majority of the relationships I’ve developed. I have benefited from my work with Barton. Only negative; the timesheets can sometimes be unforgiving or tricky to file, but, my Rep. typically takes care of this matter. Overall, a pretty good experience! I would recommend this to older dentist’s that wanted to fill in occasionally. My daughter-in-law is a Dentist at an account of Barton’s, and I enjoy returning to her office…..

Mr Colin Russel is a Gentleman who is very knowledgeable about the Dentistry and Dentists. I have Wonderful experience working with him since day 1 even the first work proposal did not work out… The next two proposals were Excellent He is more than Fair in negociating in my behalf I am Grateful to know him and Work with him
