The programs available through the Rewrite are the best available!!! I joined after I successfully completed my 1year Bariatric program in Canada and wanted to continue to lose weight but could not seem to get what I needed to get to my goals. Through the teachings in the program, I was able to find the barriers to my continued success. I now have the tools to make whole foods meals and snacks that will help me succeed and how to avoid the pitfall and barriers of my past.

Everyone working with Shenelle is awesome. There is a great accountability cadence with this group and everyone there is really looking out for your best interest. They keep in touch with you so often and always available to you when you’re struggling. I could not do with this without them.

I had VSG 3/5/24. Shortly after my surgery I started watching videos of a woman with purple hair, throwing f-bombs around like confetti, and talking about her life. Her real life; pre and post weight loss surgery. There was no sugar coating. No unicorns and rainbows. It was real talk about the struggles of obesity and addiction. It took me a few months but I finally reached out when I was 5 months post op. I signed up for one of their programs and I learned so much. I learned that I was a food addict. I learned about whole foods, all of the sneaky ingredients they put in our foods and so much more. They helped me make goals and stick with them. Shenelle, Danaye and Niki have been amazing! Someone is always available to talk. And what is really special is that the coaches can relate to our issues because they have been there and done that! Each one has had weight loss surgery and with that comes support, compassion and acceptance.

I started my program with the rewrite about a month after VSG and believe that being a part of this group directly affected my success in the 7 months since my surgery. The structure and support that the group provided made a huge difference in my progress.

I have yet to find a more qualified person (team) to lead me on my bariatric journey. The Rewrite is exactly what I was missing. This team is so incredibly knowledgeable and has my best interest at heart. Shenelle and her team are a no holds barred group and tell it like it is. Shenelle and team speak plainly and don't pull any punches about what really goes into loosing weight either with or without bariatric surgery. More importantly, they deep dive into what's happening in your body mentally and physically. They back it up with science, and more importantly to me, they speak on it from first hand experience. They know because they live it everyday. Finally, they build a system of support and accountability of others in similar or the same predicament as you. These folks share it all. The good, the bad and especially the ugly. All in the name of changing our lives for the better and then keeping our lives that way. Is it expensive??? What's your budget for your health???
