Overcharged
I purchased the rewrite program which I have really liked- but I was charged twice for it. Ive reached out several times regarding the issue and no one is responding to me.

After reviewing the account, we confirmed that two separate purchases were made minutes apart, which understandably appeared as an overcharge. Once this was identified, we immediately initiated a refund and followed up directly to confirm resolution.
