The Fix is a God’s send to me. I haven’t been able to eat solid food for three years. I had the sleeve in 2016 and then the RNY in 2018 for Gerd that didn’t work. I suffered for years and then three years ago started to get professional help. Over 20 EGD’s, psychologists, dietitians , physical fitness coaches, surgeon visits for assistance, blood work, colonoscopy’s, resent surgery, you name it I have done or had it. I found The ReWright site and it was like a light bulb went off. It made so much sense. Why had no one in so many years not mentioned this to me as a Fix. The Recipe Fix is a ChatGPT tool that has been trained by the folks at Bariatric Rewrite. It is not just a meal planner or recipe generator. It will do these things, sure, using the whole-foods healthy eating Rewrite approach. But it can do so much more! It can evaluate your food log using Rewrite principals, and offer useful suggestions to up your game. It can also give you guidance on particular foods, and suggest better alternatives when available. It is amazing!

I've used The Fix for 5 days, and have already lost a pound. It has helped me create meal plans and grocery lists for meals me and my kids will actually eat. It has told me some hard truths, based upon my food logs, and has given useful suggestions as to where I could make some changes. I love how real it feels, like im chatting when a friend who knows exactly how hard post op life can be.
