I ordered a pair of boots. I tried to email them and it gets kicked back as email is bad. I've tried calling and of course you can't speak to someone. I have tried their contact form and no one responses. When you have a return you need their approval to return yet you can not reach them. I have stopped payment and will never deal with them again. Let's see if this gets their attention

I paid $42 AUD and never received my sandals - after many many emails still no shoes and now no communication nor any refund - so so upsetting and such terrible service :(

My shoes do not fit. I have emailed many times for a return and the email bounces back. The ‘contact us’ page on their site they do not answer. I have even called them from Australia and you can only leave a message

I think these people are crooks. There is no working email for returns . They list one, but it does not work. I strongly advise anyone not to buy from them.

Edited this morning - you can see they replied to my review to email them - I did for the 10th time and it bounced again! ABSOLUTE SCAMMERS!!! DISGRACEFUL COMPANY. I’d go no stars if that was an option! They sent me the wrong item. Every email I have sent has bounced saying the email address is not operating. I have used their “contact” form also and not heard anything! Do not buy through this company as they are IMPOSSIBLE to contact!

Ordered the shoes, received them and they are too small. Emails returned undeliverable and the phone number has a lovely lady saying they do not take calls. There doesn't seem to be a way to correct this order and I will be forced to handle this issue with my bank. Too bad, they seem like nice shoes.

This is ABSOLUTELY THE WORST company, DO NOT USE THEM. You won't ever get a live body to get a return authorization, they are SCAMMERS and should be shut down. Their email is not functional, you'll get a error message. This company is a SCAM!!

It was easy to order and was given a whole lot of information on how to get the right size which was very helpful.
