Company is basically trying to obligate me to keep the account open per section 7f of the TC I can permanently close my account I reached out to support and he said that’s not an option. I requested a supervisor and he said that also wasn’t an option and banned me from opening a chat keep in mind I did not even curse or anything just because he wanted to ban me he did

Since starting with Bankrolla I have noticed a big improvement in the redemption process they seem to have worked out some problems. My second redemption with them was so much quicker than the first one, so if you had doubt about them please give them another try they seemed to have listened to the reviews and made improvements, I have really enjoyed playing on this platform!!
