That the vips actually reacted out to me when I was experiencing a problem they made sure that I understood what I needed to do move forward with the verification process. They are very personable and I never was made to feel like I was bothering them they always answered my email or text messages. And they have great incentives to keep you playing like giving you credits to play with I really do enjoy this social gaming site 👍🏽👍🏽👍🏽👍🏽

Usually I ignore promo emails from sites like this, but here they’ve been surprisingly decent.

I'm changing my reviews cause I've been waiting for a redemption for almost a week and feel like I'm just getting the run around. Do not recommend if you are expecting a fast and easy redemption. Update: Almost 2 weeks and still haven't received my redemption.

I love this game

Great games

I love the games and have won some. They are great at paying. It’s an easy process especially compared to the other casinos. I love the progressive rewards and the occasional free spins. It’s one on my favorite ones for sure,

Probably the most predatory sweeps/social casino. Rules for redeemable balances are absurd, the redemption limits are super low and absurd. All around, they made this site so you lose as much money as possible. On top of the limits, they will more than likely hold your redemptions hostage for an extended period of time if you win anything significant . If you are a higher roller, def stay away from this place. On top of that, they will not let you self exclude whatsoever. They will give you the ultimate runaround and not close or self exclude your account for you, even after asking respectfully over 10 times. I would stay away from this site, there are other ones out there that are way better and less predatory. As this one is probably the most predatory ive ever come across.

I purchased $9.99 pack of gold coins and SC. I got 20 SC and I don't remember how much gold coins, but that 20 SC was gone wicked fast, I don't make large bets either usually .20cents to $1. I don't even think I hit a winning spin once. Also prior to this purchase I had got like .20-.40cents for my daily login. I ended up hitting over $100 !!! Exciting right!! I thought so too!! Well the minimum for a redemption is $100. That's cool I'm fine with that. So I played a hit more until I was down to $100 and some change. Went to make my redemption, got all my documents verified with little issues. Redemption page says it should take about 24-48 hrs to finish processing. I started my redemption on May 27th..... Here we are June 6th, and I am STILL WAITING for them to finish processing my redemption. The support team members that I have chat with over the last several days have been almost no help at all, just reply with similar generic responses that they've made me a priority and will notify me when they have completed everything on their end....blah blah blah. I did speak with someone today however that maybe, hopefully seems to understand and also care about their job, this conversation went a little bit different, this particular support agent actually agrees and knows that things like this SHOULD NOT happen now or in the future for other players on their platform. So would I recommend anything about these people or this game?? NOT AT ALL!! Until I see my redemption and some positive change for myself and the other players, this is my experience and how I feel. Thank you Update- JUST recieved my redemption. Apparently jus have to find someone on their team that cares to make sure customers are satisfied. Thank you again "anonymous support agent" for taking your time to fix the issue I hope future players have a more satisfying experience from now on
