At first redemption was instant
At first redemption was instant, next redemption there was an issue and had to go through a bunch of bs cuz they said I wasn’t verified (was only a couple days after previous redemption). This took forever because they wouldn’t accept the verification for Apple Pay cards, stay away from using Apple Pay. Finally got that redemption after 2 weeks. Now my current redemption has been processing 2 weeks, they said 10 business days and like clockwork I received an email today stating they can’t process my redemption with no reason why. Support gives you generic responses so it’s useless. I recommend playing other sites. No reason for these long redemptions times. 3 days should be max. I’m done with this site, I just want my money.
