Everything is good, but the fact that I can't use this account as a family account and add my wife to the account and get her a card makes it pretty useless to me. :(

This financial institution is still growing and there are some growing pains to be expected. Overall I am satisfied with the service thus far. As this institution blossoms and more services are offered the rating will improve.

Deposits so far have been a bit tedious since there’s no option to deposit checks directly. All deposits have to be done via bank transfer which means I have to deposit to another bank first then transfer to Greenwood.
