Not ready for Prime time

The app needs a some work. It sometimes doesn’t open when launching with biometric Face ID and I have to click it again or close out the app to get it to open. Also, the website and F.A.Q.s says that there should be a way to find nearby atms but I have yet to find the atm locator in the app so this needs to be added or easier to find. Also balance on the main screen shows the correct available balance but when you go into the account it shows the actual balance and this could be confusing to some because it’s not labeled actual balance from available balance. Other then that it’s been good.

So far so good. There times that the biometric login (facial) does not work and I still have to use my password.

I love the idea of Greenwood, so much of it feels amazing. However there are some things I would love to see improved regarding moving money: one for instance would be adding Zelle or other forms of transferring from one bank to Greenwood that is more efficient and takes place instantly, the way of transferring now from my other checking accounts (that I want ti get rid of) takes 3 to 5 days. There is no deposit checks on the app, if you want to deposit cash there are many places to deposit but there are most often fees, I have paid $4.95 to deposit cash. Also you can’t have joint checking accounts or savings accounts. Just little things that I hope will change.

I have not been able to successfully add my bank account

I mean it’s a start, but the transfers are a bit slow and so far I don’t see a reason or a feature to make this one of my main accounts just yet.

The app froze up on me, I couldn’t check my balance without calling customer service!!

Still a bit unpredictable and awkward to use.
