Greenwood- Modern Finance for the CultureReviews of bankgreenwood.com

The Testflight application seemed like an unnecessary step to downloading the Greenwood app. But once downloaded it did work well. Initially it took a little too long for money to deposit into the account.

This app is constantly using my camera and or microphone and I don’t like that at all.

Easy sign up but it should be easier to put money in-this seems to be too much work that’s why no money added

My only dissatisfaction was that I was unable to link my bank account to my card.

I love the app! But would really appreciate something like zelle built into it to transfer money to friends or family within minutes.

Greenwood is an amazing opportunity for inclusivity, banking smarter and being involved in rebuilding our communities. Although I was not too fond of the extra “perks” in monthly tiered membership; I appreciate the accessibility that is to come with more development of the institution and mobile application to aid in growth and providing true banking capabilities to the demographics that are served. Would love to see more investment in creating avenues for people who utilize cash transfer apps to have safe banking options.

I can barely see the numbers on the physical card. Also can’t zoom on the numbers in the app. Made using my card frustrating since my eyes suck. One or the other would be appreciated so I don’t have to feel like a boomer with my info on a piece of paper. Lol thanks y’all!

The early paycheck deposits are appreciated. Only issue I have is connecting my other bank accounts. Every time I link one of my accounts from another bank, when I come back the next day it says the link is broken.
