The app won’t transfer money for me. I refuse to pay to deposit money.

The app is convenient. I don’t like that I have to download another app in order to use it. Basically, 2 apps for 1 service. SMH.

I have been locked out of my account for weeks. I’m in Germany and tried to use my card at an ATM, and my transaction was declined. I know there is money in the account.

Started off legit. Let me set up my passwords and check my progress with my application but now the app doesn’t respond to commands like if I ask for a code to be sent I never get the code. Sometimes the dial buttons refuse to be pressed and the app stopped recognizing my password twice after about a week. Need a lot of work.

I was very excited for Greenwood. Its premise is one I believe in, and it sounded as if it would be a leader in online banking. The app has called drastically short of expectations, and as a result, I have not moved my money into Greenwood. I have been online banking for years. I was with Simple Bank for many years before they were sold to another bank. In an online platform, I want an app that allows me to not just access transactions, but create and categorize my budget and indicate what’s safe to spend, within the parameters of the budget. I have not seen these tools within the app. As a result, I am unwilling to commit my direct deposit to Greenwood each month. I have severe ADD, and this level of organizing is essential for me to budget well. Greenwood isn’t there yet.

While downloading and setting up my account was straightforward, I haven’t been able to connect my bank account using the Plaid integration so that I can transfer money into the account. I’ve tried numerous times, and even contacted customer support, but the issue has still gone unresolved. Therefore, I haven’t been able to truly use Greenwood to properly test out all its features.

I still have not received my debit cards it been 120 days now

There are some features on the app that seem unnecessary and some parts that aren't very user friendly. This can be frustrating and to be honest at that point its easier to just make a call.
