I’m unable to sign into my account going on 3 months now worst technical support I have ever dealt with

I was never able to sign up. I was on the waitlist for months then I applied was denied and was never given a reason. I could never get in contact with anybody and it was just a really bad experience. I’m an advocate for black businesses i bank with one united and was excited to be able to do business in my hometown but was really let down not being to to do so.

For some unknown reason the application was denied, no reason ehy and the only option is to try again in a few months when they chew through thousands of apps with new email etc that i dont use for banking.

The APP is terrible. It’s slow to connect to outside bank accounts. Even after updating it the user friendly isn’t so friendly.
