I never received a new bank card. It’s been weeks since speaking with a representative regarding it.

It takes to long for money to be transferred in my Greenwood account.

I was never able to open an account online. I will stick with USAA.

Takes too long to credit my account after the money is removed from my checking account. 3 days? Not acceptable

First, they never told me it was a beta, they send me an email like it was the real thing. I could use the app and when I asked for supported they didn't help me a lot, even when I clearly offered details of the problem the last reply I got was something like "Good, if you need help please let us know" and I didn't bother to keep using that. It's very unrespectful to try to use users to test the app without telling them that it's a beta, it seems like they wanted beta testers for free. It's is OK if people volunteer to test your app but you have to let them know first.

Haven’t been able to link any of my external accounts to add funds to Greenwood. Would love to use it, but my account isn’t allowing me to connect to a bank

I haven’t been able to deposit money into my account. I get an error message when I try.

The bank does not offer any lines of credit. Nothing to offer us with accounts, which is why I choose not to set up my direct deposit with the bank
