Banfield is the worst company and will bill you incorrectly and will up your plan and the price. I have been trying to deal with them and it has been a nightmare. They have overcharged me, sent the bills to the wrong email and then sent me to collections and that's when I finally get a notice in the mail. Now that I finally received a notice in the mail I am aware of the balance and see the discrepancies I tried to remedy and was forwarded to many different individuals and NOT ONE could or would deal with the issue. They just kept passing the buck. Worst company and employees. It must be a common situation because their team was ready to pass you along and state "it's NOT ME that did that...its the company." I would give them a zero or negative zero if it was possible. HORRIBLE!!! BEWARE Consumers BEWARE

If I can give 0 stars I would, This hospital was a waste of money and all they want is $$$ they can careless about your pets health. My cat hurt his front left paw and I dropped to get worked on and when I came to pick him up, his back right paw was bandaged. And they sai I though it was his rear paw, smh, if you were doing your job you’ll see which paw was hurt. I recently had to put my cat down going through banfield, they said he had caught COVID-19 but I have 2 other cats as well and they were perfectly fine, they also said that he may be bleeding internally. But only way they can figure it out if I paid more $$$$. So it came down to them wanting me to pay 5000 on the spot plus another 1000 for a transfusion. It was a terrible decision to make, so think twice befor you go to banfield and choose a pet hospital that is a chain business who cares only about money

Don't bring your pet here. Don't waste you money on the wellness plan. Had my cat on the wellness plan for years, always had to pay more for "something " besides I brought my cat for a skin condition, they performed exams, very expensive. Prescribed medicines without having the exam results. Forced me to buy them there. Then I checked, and buying the medicines online with a prescription would have cost half price. Then, 10 days after, I got the results and were negative. So I was giving my cat a medicine for nothing and spent money without any reason. The skin condition got worse. Came back. Extra money, extra exams. They said nothing. Then I took my other cat (that is a sweetheart) and they said it had to be medicated for agression, that he could be dangerous. That day I said "I'm not coming back". So I took the first cat with the skin condition to Helpet veterinary, and they performed exams. Half the price of Bandfield AND WITHOUT Wellness plan... and they immediately found my cat had fungus, All over his skin because for an entire year Banfield couldn't find out!!!!!!! Sorry guys . Don't go there.

I don’t recommend getting their wellness plan if you are a new owner of any kind of pet. Just go with nationwide pet insurance their have pet Insurance and a wellness plan far better than this a holes

They care more about making money for an office visit than getting pets the help they need. My dog was seen by a Banfield a month ago for her thyroid test and medication yet when I called a different one for a refill after moving they wanted me to pay for another office visit.

1star because nothing lower. Check in was ok. Nurse very nice, vet was cold and uncaring. All they wanted to do was sell us an insurance policy. Took our cat from the room for the exam so we don’t know what they did.

If I had to do this over Never ever use this Insurance again. Nice staff I paid so much And still paid on the bill..years After my pet died within a month and was in fact eat up with cancer. Found this out when I had to put him to sleep...after a month of torture Be careful Be sure to read fine print You will be part of your money disappearing... They bled me dry After thousands my pet died

Terrible service. This people are garbage. They do not care about your baby at all. I ended going to different hospitals because i did not trust this garbage people. Maryland-USA
