This company has been a nightmare to deal with. Not only do they not know what is grammatically correct, they do not respond when you need assistance and they do not read your notes regarding what you want for your video ads. It has been a nightmare to deal with them and they refuse to respond even though I have a VIP membership. They do NOT take care of clients nor do they have the capability to get your videos done in a timely manner, how you want them! DO NOT RECOMMEND!

I actually really dislike writing bad reviews, but in this case I hope it will help the company improve their quality and give potential customers a really differentiated impression of the service: Over the last year, I have had parallel orders created at Bandsoffads and at Fiverr. Although the quality on Fiverr was much worse, the ads performed much better on average. i.e. it is solely due to the marketing understanding of the video editor. because such a video ad should of course be appealing in terms of content and pick up the customer from second 1. I also noticed that often my specifications and links were almost completely ignored. Too bad! I hope that the company really takes the reviews here to heart.

Don't ever use their service. The creator seemed to don't have the slightest idea about making an ads video. Really disappointed.

First experience wasn't good, so I gave them a second chance. Bought and split test ad, got banned again on fb, no problem right, just emailed. Waiting 7 days for a response, please reach out to me so we can fix this.

Asked for ad in Lithuanian text, couldn't include letters like ė,ę,ū,ų etc... I quote you "Premiere does not support Lithuanian language", however I am using premiere myself and that is not the case. They couldn't fix it and just sent me an empty video without text. Horrible experience.

I ordered 2 different video ads from them and not only did they deliver on time, it was exactly how I wanted it and I'm just thankful I don't have to deal with the headache of making my own video ads to promote my product or should I say "attempt" to create my own video ad (I'm terrible at it). Will def use them again!

Got my ad recently and honestly it was way better than I expected from the music, testimonials all the way to the clips used were A+. The reason I rate 4/5 is because the my logo wasn’t added but after asking for a revision it was solved.

I ordered vertical ads for instagram and snapchat stories. The ads were made in horrible quality with a boring voice over, when I asked for a revision I got basically the same as before with different videos with the same horrible 480p quality. I understand it’s a relatively cheap service but I was expecting something with a little more effort put into it.
