Very disappointing experience. I would not recommend Bands of Ads. Communication was extremely poor from the beginning. I sent multiple messages before the order was delivered and received no response. The order was also delivered after the promised 3-day timeframe, which caused me to miss the weekend and delayed my ability to use the videos. After receiving the order, I contacted them again because the 3 videos were essentially the same concept and script. I also opened a support ticket, but nobody responded to the ticket or my messages. Overall, the delivery was delayed, the communication was nonexistent, and the final result did not meet my expectations. Very poor customer service and experience.

If I could give them -00000000000001, even that would be too good for them. This business and I use the term loosely, are a Copyright breach nightmare. I've waited 2 months trying to get videos from them that haven't got massive copyright issues. They've revised the videos 3 times and sent them back the same. I asked for a refund, no, they don't do refunds they reckon. DO NOT USE THESE USELESS THIEVES. WHAT A NIGHTMARE!!

videos were absolutely slow overdue by like 3 days. had multiple spelling errors and was just overall low quality. they use ai and don't even check the subtitles and use free editing software to edit. Absolutely not worth it with the slow time as well. Better to create ads yourself

It took 4 drafts and 3 weeks to get my final creative. That’s unacceptable. When making revisions most of the time they don’t even make the effort to search and find high quality B-roll on the net. I also got charged twice for the same creative back in April - it was a duplicate payment and to this day they haven’t refunded the money. Stay away!!

They did not made the changes i requested. Instead, for the 2nd draft, they look exactly like the first draft and mark the order as complete. Terrible!

I had high hopes for BandsOffAds, but honestly, it was a total letdown. The platform barely worked — for a good portion of the time I was subscribed, it was either down or super glitchy. And when it did work, the ad quality was just poor. Definitely not what I expected after paying for a subscription. What made it even more frustrating was how hard they make it to cancel. There’s no option in your account to just cancel — you have to message them, wait for a reply, and then they send you a separate link to go through another process. It’s way more complicated than it should be. I reached out, but no one got back to me for over a week. And by the time they finally responded, I’d already been charged again. I tried to sort it out with them, but they refused to give me a refund — even though the service barely worked. In the end, I had no choice but to dispute it through my bank. Also, a quick mention of Alex from their team — the support was slow and not helpful at all. Overall, just a really frustrating experience from start to finish. Wouldn’t recommend.

They refuse to respond and help me with removing my profile on their website. I´ve contacted them many times and they just ghost me. So now I have a profile on their website against my will.
