I have nothing bad to say. Both of my experiences were pleasant. The BandsOffAds team where really patient and kind with my crazy requests and revisions and made sure that I was completely happy with the final version of my ads. I would say the only room for improvement would be for a faster outcome, but I would like to note that I was told beforehand that due to the high volume of requests, I should be expecting a slight delay in my requests. Maybe it's time for BandsOffAds to recruit new members and expand ;)
