Total Incompetence

We've been a subscriber for 2 years now and they are getting worse! They do not follow instructions carefully! Total waste of time. We'll be looking for another company to partner with. I had a video request for the Black Friday special and it was a complete disaster. Our simple revision request to omit just one sentence from the captions could not be followed. Instead, more mistakes came up on the revised video! Total incompetence!

Your feedback is incredibly valuable, and I completely understand your dissatisfaction with the recent video request for the Black Friday special.
