Unparalleled product support...
Bandicam has a very intuitive interface and functions very well. On several occasions, I have encountered an issue when using it, not due to any problem with bandicam, but with an issue with my hardware/software. In both cases, I emailed Bandicam support describing my issue and received extremely prompt responses with extremely helpful suggestions to resolve the issues. Issues were resolved immediately. Kudos to their level of support!

Lifetime
Lifetime, that's not lifetime. They released a new version and the old license is no good. Wasted my money on absolutely nothing.

Your feedback remains essential to us, and we are committed to continually striving to offer the best possible experience for all our users. Thank you once again for your cooperation and understanding. Sincerely, The Bandicam Team
