Bandicam corrupted my video so I tried…
Bandicam corrupted my video so I tried to use Bandifix but it didn't work but they said the newer versions of Bandicam fixed Bandifix so I tried them but it was a lie. I switched to the 2024 version because it was the least terrible of the new versions but it kept changing my settings & after I restarted my computer, Bandicam became permanently unstable to the point of ruining every video so I reverted to the 2018 version I had originally (4.1.3) but they deleted my registration & my serial number so I'm supposed to pay again & I can't afford it.

Regarding your serial number issue, please rest assured that purchased licenses do not expire and you do not need to pay again. Reverting to an older version simply unlinks the previous activation in some cases, but your original serial number remains valid for the version you purchased. Terrible
Terrible! I was a permanent user of Bandicam for years. Today I noticed there was an updated new version. So I paid the update price of $26. But I was prevented from opening the new version and I can no longer use my legacy version.For some reason I was told I was trying to use it on too many computers, when I have only had one computer since 12/2024 I need either help to install the new version or to revert to my original.

locking me out of the new version I…
locking me out of the new version I just purchased with a statement I have the app on two computers .. the old version was on my desktop and laptop, but that laptop is NO MORE .. so I have Bandicam and Bandicut ONLY on my desktop .. please fix this ASAP

Hello, We apologize for the confusion regarding your license. With a 1-PC license, you can simply re-enter your existing serial key on your desktop to activate it again. To clarify how our license system works for future reference: - Moving to a new PC: Simply uninstall the software from the old computer before installing it on the new one. - Automatic Deactivation: If a 1-PC license is registered on a second computer without uninstalling it from the first, the original registration is automatically deactivated to prevent dual usage. Since your laptop is no longer in use, entering your serial key on your current desktop will restore your full license right away. Do not buy Bandicam
Do not buy Bandicam! I bought Bandicam + Bandicut for life, in order to help me, not to block me, but the recording is started even if I was not close to the laptop for 2 days and even 16 hrs. The 2026-06-02 12-30-37-796.mp4 was impossible to see. Solve this problem or I want my money back! When I tried to inform you, I was blocked to register together with my family for not seeing the code in the dark area!

Ruins Audio Recordings
If you are recording microphone, this is a bad product. For no reason it garbles audio, it's specifically the program and not hardware related (tested). Support have tried to assist by suggesting changes, I sent confirmation I made the changes and they refused to believe me. Thus writing this review to warn others that the microphone audio recording part of this software is bugged and developers refuse to acknowledge the issue.
