2024版を何度、再インストールして、認証が成功しても、なぜか、いつの間にか、実行時ファイル(exe)が消去されてしまって、また再インストール、認証をしなくてはいけない。なんどやっても同じで、なにが原因かわからない。 仕方がないので、2025年版にお金を払ってVersion upしたら消えなくなった。Version upしないで古いのを使い続けるのを許さいないような仕組みなのか？ まぁ、使えるようになったので良しとします。

Still no license for purchased product

So the site automatically loops things to the first beat unless I change it, every time. So if I try to do a recording more than 1 beat long and don't immediately notice (mind you the sound that its recording isn't even very noticeable), and there's no difference when its looping. When trying to record something the ability to just press a single button that JUST WORKS is very important, and bandicam has failed cause of overcomplication for a software that is too bad to be complicated..

So and what after stopping the recording process: where are the files? Nothing icons to save or anything... Very unclear so i deleted the crap

Every time I record a video, the video works fine, BUT when I check the recorded video of it later, there are tons of lags, INCLUDING THE SCREEN PAUSING FOR NO REASON!

I bought a lifetime license in March 2019, since end of last year it stopped updating. I have been asked for more money now to go to the 2025 version! And my program stops recording after 26mn now... what is going on?

good scren recording i thought when i tried it out. however, one thing that pissed me off that i wasn't even told is that it was a 10 min limited recording and i was doing my presentation that was over 10 mins and it stopped there. i went straight to downloading a screen recorder i needed and didn't think of the time limit nor check their website, but in fact they should have added that info once it has been downloaded bc now im taking a break and i have to do my presentation AGAIN w a different screen recorder that FINALLY tells me that i needed to register to access UNLIMITED time recording. respectfully, the screen rec. is shit. only function i can accept that was alright is that it was easy to set up and where to find your drafts.
