BambooHR is very user friendly (front and back end) product for my small HR clients. The price point is good; customer service is great; and it is easy for even the most IT challenged to use.

BambooHR is by far the best platform I've used. Their customer service is amazing, no emailing one day and waiting hours or days for an answer. The software is user friendly and intuitive, very easy to navigate. They also keep adding new features that add value to our subscription. I can't say enough great things about Bamboo!

Bamboo HR has made my job easier and saves me a lot of time. There are still features that I need to use better, but I am an HR Dept of one, so it takes time. Bamboo HR has wonderful staff and help features that make using the software a better experience. I'm so happy I found Bamboo HR!

We started with the HR portion of the software back in 2018 and eventually transitioned our Payroll in 2025! The software is so user friendly to maneuver, the Customer service is amazing too! You get quick responses and guidance should you have a need. Highly recommend BambooHR!

Bamboo is easy to navigate.

We have been using BambooHR has our Human Resources Information System for about two years now. We were using work and excel before. BambooHR has centralized the information, and helped us create a situation where we have what we need in an easy to retrieve place. Good Product.
