BambooHR makes my day so much easier. A one-stop place to check timesheets and easily correct them if needed. It makes the payroll process a breeze as well. It's intuitive and very user-friendly.

We have been using BambooHR since 2019, and overall, it has proven to be a solid and user-friendly HR software solution. It offers many great features that streamline HR processes efficiently. However, over the years, we have observed a few concerns that potential users, particularly those outside the US, should be aware of. While BambooHR excels at onboarding new customers, we've noticed some changes in their product offerings without prior notification. Additionally, there seems to be a disparity in how new features are rolled out for new versus existing customers, which can feel somewhat discriminatory. Another challenge we’ve encountered is the difficulty in sharing feedback or influencing decision-making within the BambooHR team. If you are considering subscribing from outside the US, it may be worth considering these aspects carefully

The quality of customer service, especially on the chat is exceptional. BambooHR is an HR Partner not just a service provider. Their guidance has helped us navigate some growing pains.

Bamboo HR is awesome!

I've been using BambooHR for the past 3 years and it is the best software I've used in my career. It is user-friendly, support team is very responsive, their FAQ and resources of webinars etc are very pro-active. It is hassle-free and I enjoy working with it.
