My overall experience went well. The wait time for a gen 1 was a little longer to get than expected. I have already been working on my reward points and will be getting more from Ballistic.
Overall everything went well. The wait time for a gen 1 was longer than I expected. I will be ordering more from ballistic. Helmet fits great comfortable and not as heavy as I’ve had.

The helmet seems to be good quality and…
The helmet seems to be good quality and well put together. However, the shipping took forever and communication was slow. This would make me cautious of ordering anything else.

Great fit but issue with mount
Helmet fit great and is super comfortable on ly problem is it took me a couple hours to work my army issued NVG arm onto the mount onto the helmet its just a little too tight brand new maybe because of the powder coating
