Initial customer service wasn’t too great due to the company’s transition but the customer service follow up a few months later was truly exceptional. Thoroughly enjoyed the follow up and haven’t had a company personally direct me about a product I’ve purchased from them so i was indeed very impressed and satisfied with that.

A friend recommended this helmet to me to replace the ACH I was issued. Helmet well constructed fits great and is very comfortable. I am very pleased with this product. But I emailed the company a few times and it takes them forever to get back to me. I’m currently waiting for them to email me back about a question about returns.

It all went well. Check out and navigation of the website is easily. My problem arose when after checking our I didn’t get a notification for 13 days. I don’t mind waiting, a little better communication would be good. Aside from that, shipping went really fast. Helmet arrived in perfect condition. Overall. Satisfied customer. Just curious to see where I can find out on how to use points from this purchase.
