I ordered a helmet and the first order went ignored and i paid for 2 day delivery and it got sent back but on usps your company put 3 day select on it when i paid for 2 day air

Horrible communication and no response for weeks at a time item ordered over month n half and still not shipped out yet horrible customer service and support asked for refund for four weeks and still haven’t got refund or shipment! Place is a scam!

I understand backorders and delays. But they lie and obfuscate the facts of orders. I placed an order on February 2, 2023 and still have not received my order. I spoke to Travis which is the "person" that I called and emailed dozens of times. He provided me with false tracking numbers, excuses, and I have now been ghosted after telling them I want a refund of my $189. Avoid this business at all costs. They also claim that their helmets are made in Europe but are made in China.

I have been asking to return my item and you are not answering my calls or my emails.

You back ordered items without letting me know - I called to cancel the order, you acknowledged and stated it was canceled - you lied and never refunded my money nor canceled the order and just recently a month later blind shipped the order. I will never be back - I am a retailer and can tell you I will make sure my customer base stays away from your site. Respectfully Bear

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. I ordered a helmet from them as well as a protective cover and months later it has still not arrived. They assured me it would have arrived weeks ago, but still REFUSE to take my calls or answer my emails. At this point they have effectively stolen hundreds of dollars from me and I don’t want the same to happen to you. Absolutely hands down the worst customer experience I have ever had and I’ve had to cancel cable.

My product was sent to the wrong address and the issue has not yet been addressed.

Unfortunately, my order took over a month and I was told that due to the delay, I will receive a helmet cover for free. I'm still waiting lol
