Great product. Outstanding quality and durability. The bastion retention system is my only problem. Good idea poor execution. Had to replace it. This may be hard to follow, but if the wire guides were on the top of the back fabric instead of the bottom (reverse depending on how you look at it) it would be perfect.

These guys are awesome, fairly priced, I ordered a replacement harness/chassis. Only downside is it didn't come with the metal bolt on grommets.

Helmet and rig looks and feels great. It’s too bad the helmet was just too small for me and was over snug. I have a big head so it’s no fault to the company. They sent me a return label and paid for shipping and willing to refund the cost. Thanks for getting back to me and trying to figure something out

Great experience. I don’t know why though, when I purchased it, it gave me a fraud alert. Or I had to confirm it with my bank. I don’t know if that’s on my banks side or your side. Super great in everything else

Overall Good Experience It took about a month and half; and multiple emails to finally receive my item. Due to the long delay, I was offered a free Multicam cover. However, they forgot to deliver that so I had to email them to ask about it. It took about 3 weeks for the cover to arrive. The value of the item and customer service made up for the long wait and so I would give them 4 out of 5 star.
