Out of spec in every way
Helmet is obviously Chinese made and heavy .. the only issue that ensures I never use this is it is out of spec with warcom 3 hole pattern for NVG shroud so can’t replace the cheap one on it now ..

13th notified My item shipped,I emailed asking how long for delivery as I opted for 1 day shipment. The reply was some BS about taking 1-2 days to ship. Than 5-7 days to arrive. Than I was told I didn't place order till 8 o'clock that nite. Thankfully my order arrived on the 16th. Everything was great except for dealing with Travis. The new Management still has some work ironing out some bugs

Ordered a large helmet cover for my Ops Core SF Super High Cut ( size Large ) and it fit way too big. Granted, I did speak with someone from Customer Service prior to purchasing, and they did explain these covers are made specifically for their helmets and if they didn’t fit an Ops Core then I could exchange it for a different size. I have sent that one back and waiting on a size medium to come in. Hopefully this one will fit fine. Other than that, the cover looked nice and well made. Hopefully the Medium will work fine

I recently bought a gen 1 helmet from the website but haven't received any word on when it'll get here or a tracking number. I've already emailed and sent a message on Facebook but no one has responded at all. I just want a response on what's the situation.

Good product at fair price, would've liked to have seen pads included with the helmet. Overall, I think I might purchase from again. Delivery was timely and my helmet was in perfect condition.

Ordered helmets for Swat team members in Feb. I expected the 6-8 week delay. But still have not received them as of 11/19/22?

Major failing point, shipping. At the time of order there was no indication that the helmet I had ordered was out of stock or on back order. After almost a month of no delivery or shipment confirmation emails I emailed customer support and was told they were back ordered. I would check back every 2-3 weeks for almost 3 months before delivery was made. The helmet itself feels great. Pad quality and arrangement feels comfortable and conforms well to my head. I have not tried to wear it for extended periods yet, though I feel it should be more comfortable than the ACH with aviation helmet liner that I'm using now. Everything feels solid, nothing feels flimsy or "cheap" or like it will break with just a bit of use so I'm confident it will last for a while. All-in-all, the product itself is great but the transparency on the website and the customer service is pretty lacking and waiting 2-3 times longer than I expected was a pretty big let-down.

Helmet looks great, feels great, fits great, only problem was I never got any emails about when it shipped out. It just randomly arrived at my door one day
