All OK, but make sure your location is covered
I was able to set up an online consultation in 20 minutes, which was really amazing. I had prescriptions from my home country and uploaded them to the system when asked. However, after the consultation there was some disappointment regarding the price and delivery options. Eventually, I am happy and really grateful how Bali Docs handled my case. The meds got delivered to me the same day without any surcharge, but maybe they should not say they deliver all over Bali or warn that location makes a price difference. Still, if I am in need again, I will use Bali Docs for sure.

We do offer island-wide, same-day delivery across Bali, and the delivery cost for your location is normally included in the full price we calculate upfront, because we aim for no financial surprises. Unfortunately, a hiccup on our side meant this wasn't calculated correctly in your case.
