Regarding pricing, BaliDoc is a healthcare platform that connects patients with licensed medical professionals and partner pharmacies. Our all-inclusive packages cover much more than the retail cost of medication, including medical consultations, prescription arrangements, medication sourcing, pharmacy coordination, delivery, documentation, and follow-up support. While your consultation was indeed brief in this particular case, the overall service involves considerably more work behind the scenes. This is why comparing our complete package price directly with retail pharmacy prices does not reflect the full scope of services provided. Regarding the packaging, you requested a smaller quantity of medication than contained in the manufacturer's original box. Our partner pharmacy therefore dispensed the exact quantity requested separately. Following your feedback, we also arranged to send you the original box, although unfortunately we have not received confirmation from you whether it arrived. Regarding the medical letter, we understand you are referring to the manufacturer's information leaflet normally included in the original medication box. This is separate from the official medical and prescription documentation, which was provided to you digitally. We appreciate that this distinction could have been communicated more clearly. Most importantly, when you expressed your disappointment, our team made several attempts to reach out and find a satisfactory solution. Although the requested medication and quantity had been supplied, we genuinely wanted to go further to make things right.
