Could you pls double-check if your family or neighbor if signs the hair for you? Or if there are some monitors near your home, you can check who signed the hair for you Wish you will find your package soon!

Hi dear sorry for the inconvenience caused, We just want to confirm with you which aspect of the hair you don't like and wish you could send some pics for us to check. If it is really we sent the wrong hair, we can ask for acompensation from our factory. But normally we would not send the wrong hair because we will double check before we ship it. It maybe was a little messy after a long shipping, but it will not affect to use, we recommend that you can use the comb to comb it and then it will be soft and smooth. Wish you will follow our tips.
