I have been ordering wigs for years now. This company's wigs are phenomenal. The thing I like the most is their variety in styles, comfort of the caps with natural looking. They are reliable and trusted!

Baisi is Basic
I placed an order on 05/16/24 and this is about to be the 1st of June and I haven't received a wig or my money back. This company is not a reputable company and they are sloppy. Right now I want my money back because this company doesn't deserve my or anyone's business. We try to support you and you treat us like crap. Right now I'm considering Small Claims Court. Because I see you guys have ripped off a lot of people. Thanks for Nothing. I'm going to make sure everyone knows what a horrible company you are. At this rate you won't be in business long. Oh and by the way, I work in the court system!!

Received wig in horrible shape
Received wig in horrible shape. Heir sticking out which they told me to add water to! Wig ended up in garbage. Never got back to me in return. Wasted money, never again!

The packaging may get squeezed during shipping, causing the hair to get a little messy. But it will not affect the use. It is recommended that your hair will be softer after washing and conditioning. FAKE ADVERTISEMENT/MERCHANDISE STINK(SMELL)
IF COULD GIVE LESS THEN ONE STAR I WOULD!! THIS COMPANY IS A FRAUD!! THE ORDER I PLACED WAS NOT WHAT I RECEIVED & THE WIGS STINK SO SO BAD!! THEY HAD THE NERVE TO PUT A STRAWBERRY DEODORIZER IN EACH WIG I ORDERED!! THEY ARE HORRIBLE!! YOU CAN'T EVEN TRY AND STYLE THE UNITS!! THEY MERCHANDISE IS GARBAGE!! NOT WORTH THE MONEY!! I WILL NEVER & RECOMMEND NO ONE ELSE ORDER FROM THE FAKE COMPANY EITHER!!
