I purchased a gray curly wig
SCAM SCAM SCAM!!!! do not purchase from Basai Wigs. This company is a rip off they steal pictures from other sites, then rip off customers , send out ugly clown wigs, because they know it cost more than the wig to ship back. The US SHOUKD STOP THESE THESE sort OF SCAMS. I purchased a gray curly wig, I received a blonde clown wig. I was given an address, but the post office could not verify the address. This is a SCAM COMPANY. DO NOT BUT FROM BAISI WIGS.

Hi there, So sorry for any confusion with the color! There might be a slight difference due to lighting conditions and photo filters during shooting, which is pretty normal for most products. The actual item looks great and won’t affect your use at all. Could you please give it a try? We kept talking with you by email and we also sent a big discount coupon to you, u can use it in your next order. We cherish the opportunity to satisfy every of our nice client like u. Please give both of us another chance. Thanks

WARNING DO NOT BUY FROM BAISI WIGS!
WARNING DO NOT BUY FROM BAISI WIGS!! If it were possible I would have given these crooks a ZERO! The wig I ordered was supposed to be "silver grey" human hair, instead I received a White wig that looks like dolls hair!! I sent several messages before they finally responded with telling me it would cost me 30.00 to return the wig *& I won't see my refund for several months. They are Chinese so they don't do customer service, they never do. All they do is go back & forth with you. I should've known better, but I really like the wig. This is the latest message from them. "Hi dear Sorry for the inconvenience caused We will report it to our factory and improve it in the future We will arrange the $20 refund for you as the compensation if you can keep the hair and we promise that we will apply the best discount for you in your next order is this ok" This is an insult because WHY would I ever order from them again.
