Too many steps
Too many steps, order, add to pass, wait for updates, etc. Id prefer to just have a customer account on the site I can manage and track my orders.

Bailey’s went above and beyond…..
Bailey’s went above and beyond with being willing to return my products. I greatly appreciate the company being so understanding that my animals aren’t responding to the drops. Hopefully, in the future, we will try different types of products.

Tasty and effective
The chewies for anxiety must taste good because my active 1 yr old puppy eats them easily when she sometimes rejects anything not familiar. They take a good hour to calm her. She's very carsick and I haven't relied on these chewies yet although I plan to. The effects are not quickly recognized but I'm willing to try anything at this point to soothe and comfort her so I am not constantly thinking about returning her to the shelter!!

Harley’s back leg is much better
Harley has been taking these chews for about 1 1/2 years and his back leg doesn’t bother him at all. No limping and he runs great!

Outstanding customer support
Outstanding customer support. Hard to find this experienced and prompt level of support for any product/service these days. I highly recommend Bailey's as they totally exceeded my expectations. While the product did not work out for my sickly, delicate fur baby, I found the product to be very high quality. I totally recommend this vendor.
