Service was fine but this product just did not work for my dog.
I am only giving this one star review for the particular product I purchased, not Bailey's good service. I bought the Hip & Joint CBD Soft Chews, 3MG. They have no noticeable effect on my 15-pound dog that I can see. I keep upping the number of chews to see what level he needs but no luck so far. Bummer. Other CBDs with higher doses have worked well in the past. This particular product just did not work well in this case. Not really a problem.

Poor communication with subscriptions
3-5 days before a subscription ships you should get notification but this company just says your order is being shipped with no way to change it. I will always avoid companies like this as it's bad business practice and disrespectful to its customers. Hope the 50$ was worth losing my business.

4 days in the hospital
After a few days (4 to 6) of using Bailey's CBD, our pup was throwing up, with no appetite. We rushed him to urgent care, and it was discovered that a bacteria was attacking his liver. After four days of hospitalization, he began to show improvement. The doctor's instruction/warning: No more Bailey's CBD.

None of my 4 cats would try it
So none of my 4 cats would try it. They are extremely tough to chew and impossible to break down into something softer. Had to toss them. I'm going to see if I can get the oil to work.

I still have not received a reply back…
I still have not received a reply back from an email I sent last week on Friday, September 26 and resent on Monday, September 29. I have been waiting for order 66212 that I placed on September 1. I received a voicemail on September 17 That the order was mistakenly returned to you. However, you would immediately send it back out to me. I still have not received it, nor have I received any communications/updates. All of my emails to you since then have been ignored. This is unacceptable and terrible customer service on your end. Please provide current status of my order.
