Frustrated
I love the product. Its what keeps me coming back. The website is not very user friendly, and I can never apply any of the discounts and now gift cards to my order. It's extremely frustrating! Ive given this feedback a couple of times, and I just keep receiving more discount codes that say invalid when I try to apply them. I recently received a 25 dollar gift card and tried to apply it to my recurring order, it said the code for the gift card was invalid. I contacted the company to try to get help applying it before my payment was due, and never received any response. Im becoming frustrated to the point that I'm about to cancel my subscription and go to Lillie and Lee.

I was very happy with the product
I was very happy with the product of your CBD but at ynur new. prices have double and I live on a set income so I am going to look for a different choice, when the CBD was $30.00 it was reasonable but know at $59 is too hight

We still offer the 0.5 oz bottle for $29.99. The $59.99 option is our larger 2 oz bottle, which contains significantly more product. We definitely don’t want you to feel like you need to find another option because of a misunderstanding with the sizes! The company has been great to me
The company has been great to me. The No Itch Chews work ok. My dog stil has itchy feet and belly.. it jas definitely helped. It just hasn't taken her itching totally away. The company gets a 5 rating for their customer service, but the product only gets a 3.

Nice try
Overall, ordering and delivery were easy and excellent. The product itself doesn’t appear to have helped my dog .

The service was great as usual. I have used the product on several dogs in the past. However, my present male Mini Schnauzer, Kapono, refuses to even try it! Go figure.

Warning- it may take 10 days to reach you
While the CBD is good, slowest shipping ever. I ship daily, and can ship across the country in half the time this took. I ordered my 2nd bottle on 1-10 for my senior dog, who was obviously nearing her end of life and was just trying to keep her comfortable from a tweaked ankle. Purchased on 1-10, label made 1-12, and USPS didn't receive until 1-14. I emailed, but never received a response. Finally received package, hours before my dog passed, 1-20. If I had known it would take that long, I would not have ordered it and feel they should update on the page, so people are informed. Especially when dealing with a fur baby that may need it for pain, calming, etc. I would have paid extra if I had known but assumed 3-5 days, at most. Now I have a full bottle that my baby didn't even get to have.
