BAI Embroidery MachineReviews of bai.store

Clear and responsive communication. Easy to follow along.

I have had my Bai Mirror machine for a little over a year now and anytime I have had an issue their support team has been amazing at helping me solve the issue. I try to go through the videos first and often time those can help me figure things out. However, when I can’t find the answer in those videos Luke has been able to assist me and been very patient in helping me resolve my issue, which often times is user error. I would recommend the Bai Mirror to anyone as it is a great machine. However, what makes it truly stand out is the exceptional service their support team provides.

It’s been more than a year now! A beautiful journey in the sewing world, hand in hand a cool embroidery machine! I love my BAI The Mirror embroidery machine that brings into reality the creativity of my mind with the guide of the kind, cooperative & supportive staff (from Wonder to Luke Ren)! 😊😎 and I will surely have many more creations to come!! 😊😎

Buying BAI embroidery machine was the best decision I have made. Great price and great machine. The service is top notch they always help and respond. I am new to embroidery and still learning but when I need help I always have it. Just have to remember the time difference. The embroidery machine is very well made and is high quality and a good price. If you are on the fence about don't be.

Had a software issue in the middle of a job and after just one attempt to reach the engineer he helped me quickly obtain the software update file and just like that I’m back in business!

Their customer service and tech support are amazing. A huge shout out to Luke Ren and Corey for helping me.
