I LOVE my new handbag!
I have just received my bag which I am so happy with, it’s great quality and definitely worth the wait! I placed my order just before COVID so it did take a few months to get here to Australia but every time I messaged Buji he/she would return my email within 24hrs and was super helpful. I would definitely recommend buying a bag from Baginning if you are prepared to wait due to the virus restrictions as the bags come from China even though its an English company. I will definitely buy something else from them. Their Customer service is above and beyond expectations. Thank you

An absolutely come back
Got my bag ,color is a little off from the advertising picture but that could be reflection from the light .But most I am very happy with customers handling service. Everything is smooth in transaction. Thank you Buji Shen for your quick response, I can feel he is very nice peron, vety honest.. .I absolutely have a confident and come back to this website to purchase more in the future

even though there were some bad reviews…
even though there were some bad reviews from other peoples experience that was not my experience. I experienced nothing but a decent shipping time even though considering this was coming from another country and with the Covid delays and the bag was exactly as described and they also were very responsive with all my inquiries. Although it did take a couple days for them to answer. Overall am pretty happy with this retailer and will use them again!

I ordered a beautiful bag that I am absolutely thrilled about. This company responds quickly and is helpful when it comes to any problems that arises. Due to this pandemic, my order experienced some difficulty. However, they quickly handled the incident and got me my bag to me in time.
