ordered a bag months ago! chased up via email, took a couple of days to respond, saying unfortunately not in stock! Have requested a refund, which i also had to wait for a response to. Currently chasing up latest response! I do not recommend!

The bag came in a nice package & the quality & color of the bag itself is amazing! I already ordered Yellow color for summer & another pink bag for my sister in law as a gift who fell in love with my bag when she saw me carrying it~~ I think the price is great as a gift, better quality than what's out in the market the same price! I def recommend this seller, you will be happy with your purchase!!!

I ordered a bag over a month ago. As it became obvious they will not be sending it (lots of excuses to do with a supposed festival), I later requested a refund. Weeks later I am STILL waiting for a refund. This is a fraudulent company. DO NOT USE THEM .

I ordered a bag and I ordered it express shipping I was told they did not have a shipping time for my item and did not know when it would be shipped unacceptable!!! I am disappointed so many good reviews at least say ok it may take up to but no just we don’t know so I guess I wait for when ever??
